To ensure smooth trading, DecodeFX supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods, including fiat currencies, cryptocurrencies, and manual assistance via customer support. Please follow the steps below to complete your fund operations.

I. Deposit Guide

Before you begin: Complete KYC

You must complete KYC identity verification before making any deposits.

Step 1: Go to “Assets”

After logging in to your DecodeFX account, click 【My Profile】 in the upper-right corner of the homepage, then enter the 【Asset】 page.

Step 2: Click “Deposit”

In the Assets page, click 【Deposit】 to begin the deposit process.

Step 3: Choose your deposit method

DecodeFX supports three deposit channels:

• Fiat Deposit
  Deposit via bank transfer or supported fiat channels.
• Crypto Deposit
  Deposit digital assets such as USDT into your DecodeFX wallet.
• Manual Assistance (Deposit with Customer Service)
  Contact DecodeFX customer support for guided deposit assistance.

Step 4: Select the deposit currency

Choose the fiat or crypto currency you wish to deposit from the list.

• If choosing a fiat deposit:
  • Select the deposit currency (e.g., USD)
  • Select the receiving currency
  • Select the receiving account (e.g., Funding Account)
• If choosing a crypto deposit:
  • Select the crypto asset (e.g., USDT)
  • Select the receiving account (e.g., Funding Account)
  • Select the blockchain network (e.g., TRC20)
  • The system will display the corresponding deposit address; copy it to complete the transfer

Step 5: Enter the deposit amount

Enter the amount you wish to deposit into your DecodeFX account.

Step 6: Verify the official deposit information

Carefully confirm that the displayed official deposit address or bank account is correct to avoid any loss due to incorrect information.

Step 7: Complete the transfer and keep the proof

After completing your bank transfer or on-chain transfer, keep your proof of transaction (e.g., transfer record, transaction hash).

If additional documents are required during the review process, you may upload them upon system request to speed up processing.

Step 8: Wait for the deposit to complete

Once approved, your funds will be credited automatically. You will receive a notification, and the balance will appear on the Assets page.

II. Withdrawal Guide

Step 1: Go to “Assets”

Log in to your DecodeFX account, then go to 【My Profile】 → 【Asset】.

Step 2: Click “Withdraw”

In the Assets page, click 【Withdraw】 to begin the withdrawal process.

Step 3: Choose your withdrawal method

• Bank Account: Withdraw to your linked bank account
• Crypto Wallet: Withdraw to an external crypto wallet address

Step 4: Add a withdrawal account (for first-time users)

If this is your first withdrawal, click 【Add】 to save your bank or wallet information.

Step 5: Enter the withdrawal account details

Depending on the withdrawal method, provide:

• Recipient name
• Currency
• Country/Region
• Bank name / Bank account number / SWIFT code (if applicable)

or

• Crypto wallet address (ensure the network type matches)

Step 6: Select the withdrawal account

Confirm and select the correct withdrawal account or wallet address.

Step 7: Enter withdrawal amount and submit

Enter the withdrawal amount and submit your request.

Step 8: Wait for processing and completion

Processing times vary by channel:

• Fiat withdrawals: typically 1–3 business days
• Crypto withdrawals: several minutes to a few hours

Reminders

• Ensure all deposit/withdrawal information is accurate to avoid delays or loss.
• Fiat withdrawals may be affected by banking hours—plan accordingly.
• For crypto transactions, always verify the network and wallet address to avoid irreversible losses.
